Stop Sweating Excessive Amonts the Natural Way

If you sweat excessively and it is starting to drive you mad, you will be delighted to know there are a multitude of natural ways to check sweating.

Before we list the ways that can alleviate problems with your sweat, you should be aware that sweating is an integral bodily process and you should not eliminate sweating totally. Sweating is your body’s temperature control function. The sweat glands generate perspiration which is brought to the skin’s surface when the body temperature increases. As the perspiration evaporates, it helps cool your skin to a regular temperature. Without sweat, the body could start overheating, causing serious medical difficulties, even death.

Even with that being said, we all know that sweating can be , both for ourselves andfor those around us. There is no need to take out a mortgage to alleviate the problem. There are several manageable, low-priced, natural ways to stop sweating excessive amounts.

The most evident way to stop sweating naturally is to evade those situations that induce you to sweat: Avoid vigorous high temperatures, spicy foods and exercise. In saying this though, this avoidance is not always possible.

Make sure to drink lots of cold water to keep your body temperature down. Water is plentiful and inexpensive. By drinking at least eight 8 oz glasses throughout the day, you’ll keep your body cool. Try to stay in shady, cool areas as well.

A different natural method to stop sweating is to bathe often, even several times a day if you must. Use a loofah sponge, which generally is better atscrubbing away bacteria that promotes body odor. Ensure you especially scrub your armpits, your toes and your groin. These are all places where bacteria thrive, which is why these locations are so susceptible to body odor.

There are innumerable natural deodorants that you can utilize when you put your clothes on. You can make your own by mixing equal parts of water and rubbing alcohol with tiny amounts of alum and rose water (both are readily available at drug and grocery stores.) Or, you can try using a small amount of cornstarch or talcum powder. These can be less irritating than the favored deodorant/antiperspirants that contain aluminum chloride or aluminum chlorohydrate. Pay a visit to a health food store for other natural antiperspirants.

If your face is prone to sweating, try keeping a small spray bottle of witch hazel available, along with a small supply of cotton balls. Spray the witch hazel on a cotton ball and gently brush it over the face for fast respite.

Natural means to stop sweating are very simple to use and inexpensive. You don’t have to break the bank to stop breaking your sweat.
